This 1993 Panoz Roadster shows 695 miles and is one of 44 examples produced between 1992 and 1995. The car was initially built for Daniel Panoz and utilized for various marketing events held in cooperation with Superform USA, who manufactured body panels for Panoz vehicles produced at that time. This car is finished in blue over beige leather and is powered by a 302ci V8 linked with a five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes cycle-style front fenders, rear stone guards, an adjustable coilover suspension, 16″ five-spoke alloy wheels, power steering, and bucket seats. Purchased by the seller in May 2024, this Roadster is now offered with a tonneau cover, a clean Carfax report, and an Oklahoma title in the seller’s name.

The Roadster’s body was designed by Freeman Thomas and features aluminum panels with cycle-style fenders over a stainless-steel chassis. This example is finished in blue and is equipped with chrome trim, rear stone guards, and a clamshell hood. The driver-side taillight bezel has been replaced. Photos showing finish imperfections are included in the gallery.

Staggered-width 16″ five-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with BFGoodrich Comp T/A tires. The suspension features adjustable coilovers, and stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes.

The cockpit features bucket seats upholstered in beige leather, which extends to the console, dashboard, and door panels. The silver shifter trim is engraved with the transmission shift pattern as well as a Panoz logo.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts the centrally mounted instrument cluster consisting of a 140-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges for voltage, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 695 miles.

The Ford-sourced 302ci V8 features electronic port fuel injection and was factory rated at 215 horsepower and 285 lb-ft of torque.

Power is sent to the rear wheels via a Borg-Warner T45 five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The dual exhaust features a crossover pipe and center exits.

A September 2017 letter from Daniel Panoz notes that this car is “the 13th vehicle manufactured in 1993” and describes the car’s initial use as a marketing vehicle.
The Carfax report is free from accidents or other reported damage.
The current Oklahoma title carries an “Exempt” odometer reading.
