2021 Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 DeMan 4.5L 6-Speed

This 2021 Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 is powered by a flat-six that was modified in 2022 with a 4.5-liter conversion by DeMan Motorsport, who also fitted catalyst-equipped headers, over-axle exhaust pipes, a lightweight clutch and flywheel, a limited-slip differential, and revised gearing for the six-speed manual transaxle. Finished in Gentian Blue Metallic over black leather and Race-Tex, the car also has 20″ 718 Spyder alloy wheels, a rear wing, bi-xenon headlights, the Porsche Dynamic Lighting System, ParkAssist, the Chrono package, Sport Seats Plus, automatic climate control, and Porsche Communication Management. Purchased by the seller in 2025, this modified 982 718 Cayman GT4 has 29k miles and is offered in Kentucky with owner’s manuals, a DME report, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Gentian Blue Metallic (M5D), and exterior equipment includes a rear wing, ParkAssist, and bi-xenon headlights in black with the Porsche Dynamic Lighting System (PDLS) as well as side air intakes, tinted windows, and dual exhaust outlets. Full-body paint-protection film is said to have been applied, and the seller notes scratches under the film.

Black-finished 20″ 718 Spyder alloy wheels are mounted with 245/35 front and 295/30 rear Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. Braking is provided by ventilated and cross-drilled rotors as well as red-finished calipers, and the car is equipped with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM). The brake fluid was flushed in August 2026.

The Sport Seats Plus are upholstered in black leather and Race-Tex with silver stitching and GT4 headrest embroidery, and silver-gray seat belts were specified. Additional appointments include automatic climate control, the Light Design package, cruise control, and Porsche Communication Management with navigation, Voice Control, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a tachometer with an 8k-rpm redline, and a TFT LCD screen. A Chrono package stopwatch is situated atop the dashboard. The digital odometer indicates 29k miles, approximately 2k of which were added under current ownership. The seller tells us that the check-engine light occasionally illuminates for an “insufficient catalyst” code, but that it was recently reset.

The 4.0-liter flat-six was removed, overbored, and stroked by DeMan Motorsport in January 2022 to achieve an increased displacement of 4.5 liters. Additional work at that time involved revising the six-speed manual transaxle with shorter ratios for second through fifth gears as well as installing a DeMan limited-slip differential, lightweight flywheel and clutch, and exhaust headers with high-flow catalytic converters. The oil was most recently changed in August 2026.

DeMan over-axle exhaust pipes were also installed in 2022.

Owner’s manuals will accompany the vehicle.

The Carfax report is free of accident or damage entries, while noting an open manufacturer voluntary service action from 2023.
