30-Years-Owned 1993 Mercedes-Benz 300CE

This black-on-black 1993 Mercedes-Benz 300CE coupe was purchased by the seller in 1996 and has remained registered in Texas since new. Powered by a 3.2-liter inline-six paired with a four-speed automatic transmission, the car is equipped with a sliding steel sunroof, polished 15″ Alamak alloy wheels, power-adjustable front seats, power windows, automatic climate control, and a cassette stereo. This W124 300CE is offered with a window sticker, spare tire, tool kit, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a Texas title in the seller’s name.

The coupe is finished in Black (040) with gray lower body cladding, and exterior features include a sliding steel sunroof, remote-controlled side mirrors, a power-telescoping antenna, and a single eccentric-sweep windshield wiper. The headlight wiper blades require replacement.

Polished 15″ Alamak alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin tires. Braking is handled by anti-lock discs at each corner. The rear brake components, idler arm, steering damper, and drag link are said to have been replaced ~5k miles ago.

The power-adjustable front bucket seats and individually contoured rear seats are upholstered in black leather, and Coco floor mats line the footwells. Wood trim accents the dashboard, center stack, and doors, while amenities include power windows, automatic climate control, central locking, an alarm, and a Becker Grand Prix cassette stereo. The CD changer has been disconnected due to a parasitic power draw, and the passenger seat vertical adjustment does not work.

The leather-wrapped airbag steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation consisting of a 160-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, an analog clock, and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. The six-digit odometer shows 139k miles, approximately 107k of which were added under current ownership.

The 3.2-liter M104 inline-six was factory equipped with a microprocessor-controlled fuel-injection system with a hot-film air-mass sensor (HFM) and was rated at 220 horsepower and 228 lb-ft of torque when new. Per the seller, the spark plugs were replaced about 5k miles ago. The battery was replaced and the oil was last changed in November 2025.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission, which is said to have been replaced.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or damage reported.

The Texas title lists “Actual Mileage” beneath the Remark(s) section.
