BluePrint 496-Powered 1968 Chevrolet C10 Pickup

This 1968 Chevrolet C10 Fleetside pickup was refurbished under previous ownership and was acquired by the seller in February 2024. Power is provided by a BluePrint 496ci V8 with Trick Flow heads and a Holley double-pumper carburetor linked with an Art Carr 200R4 four-speed automatic transmission and a 12-bolt Eaton Posi rear differential. The truck is finished in gray over black upholstery, and it rides on a lowered suspension and 20″ US Mags wheels over front disc brakes. Additional equipment includes power steering, a retractable roll-top bed cover, Old Air Products climate control, TMI seats, and a Bluetooth stereo. This C10 is now offered with service records and a clean Nevada title in the seller’s name.

The body was refinished in gray, the antenna was shaved, and the bed rails were smoothed during the refurbishment. Features include chrome bumpers, a spray-on bedliner, and a retractable tonneau cover. The seller notes paint shade variance in direct sunlight at the antenna area as well as clearcoat runs near the bottom of the passenger door and rear-right fender.

US Mags 20″ wheels are mounted with 275/40 Delinte Desert Storm II tires. The truck is equipped with power steering, and the chassis has been modified with a C-notched rear frame along with a lowered suspension. Stopping power is provided by Hydroboost-assisted front discs and rear drums.

The cabin was refreshed during the build and features TMI Pro Series bucket seats trimmed in black vinyl with red accent stitching, complemented by a matching dash pad, headliner, and door panels. Appointments include a center console with an integrated armrest and cupholders, Old Air Products climate control, replacement glass, and a Bluetooth-capable stereo.

The aftermarket steering wheel is mounted to a Comfortilt column and sits ahead of a 100-mph speedometer and supplementary gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 34k miles, approximately 2k of which were added under current ownership.

The BluePrint Engines 496ci Big Block V8 was installed under prior ownership and is equipped with Trick Flow Specialties cylinder heads, a Holley double-pumper carburetor, a Setrab oil cooler, and an aluminum fuel tank located beneath the bed.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through an Art Carr 200R4 four-speed automatic transmission and a 12-bolt rear axle with 3.73:1 gearing and an Eaton Posi differential.
