This 2017 Audi S8 Plus was registered with two owners in Florida and Colorado before it was acquired by the current owner in 2020, and it was subsequently modified with a revised intake setup, APR Stage 3 engine management software, larger turbochargers, JHM downpipes, revised transmission management tuning, and a hard-wired Escort radar detector and laser jammer. Powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 linked to an eight-speed automatic transaxle and a Quattro all-wheel-drive system, the car is finished in Daytona Gray Pearl Effect over black leather. Equipment consists of the Driver Assistance and Cold Weather packages as well as a sport rear differential, an adaptive air suspension, LED headlights, parking sensors, heated and ventilated power-adjustable front seats, heated rear seats, a Bose sound system, a top-view camera system, and carbon-fiber trim. This D4 S8 Plus is now offered by the seller on behalf of their spouse with service and modification invoices, a Carfax report, and a clean Colorado title in the owner’s name.

The S8 was built with an Audi Space Frame aluminum body and added design elements such as twin-blade horizontal slats in the single-frame grille, lower front-bumper air intakes on the sides, a rear diffuser with four exhaust outlets, and revised rocker moldings. This example is finished in Daytona Gray Pearl Effect and features carbon-fiber mirror caps and bumper accents, along with a rear spoiler, a glass sunroof, LED headlights, fog lights, Audi Parking System parking sensors, soft-close doors, and tinted windows. A Carfax entry from May 2021 notes minor damage to the front of the vehicle. The seller tells us that the grille was replaced in 2026 after sustaining damage from a trailer hitch. Close-up photos of exterior imperfections are viewable in the gallery below.

The gloss black 21″ five-double-arm wheels feature machine-finished faces, and they were mounted with 265/35 Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 tires approximately 10k miles ago, according to the seller. The car rides on an S8-tuned adaptive air suspension with speed-sensitive dynamic steering. The rear brake rotors were replaced in January 2020, the front rotors were replaced in April 2022, and replacement front and rear brake pads were installed in September 2024. The seller notes an indent in the edge of one of the wheels.

The heated and ventilated power-adjustable front seats are trimmed in black Valcona leather with diamond-quilted inserts, and Carbon Atlas trim accents the dashboard, center console, and gear selector. A hardwired Escort radar detector and laser jammer was installed under current ownership, and additional appointments include heated rear seats, a Bose surround sound system, a surround-view camera system, Audi Advanced Key keyless entry, and MMI infotainment with navigation.

The heated leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 190-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, a TFT display, and auxiliary gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 80k miles, approximately 33k of which were added under current ownership. The Driver Assistance Package added Audi Adaptive Cruise Control with stop and go, Audi Active Lane Assist, Audi Side Assist, Audi Pre Sense Plus, and high-beam assistant.

The twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter TFSI V8 was modified in early 2022 with larger turbochargers, APR Stage 3 engine management software, and open-element air filters with 3″ piping. The thermostat and thermostat housing were replaced in 2020, one of the fuel injectors was replaced in July 2022, and a new air conditioning condenser was installed in 2023.

Power is sent to all four wheels through an eight-speed Tiptronic automatic transaxle, a Quattro all-wheel-drive system, and a sport rear differential. JHM downpipes with high-flow catalytic converters were retrofitted in 2020, and revised transmission management software was installed in January 2022.
The Carfax report shows the aforementioned damage entry.
