This 1969 Chevrolet Corvette coupe is powered by an L68 427ci V8 with triple two-barrel carburetors paired with a four-speed manual transmission. The car is said to have been first sold in Florida and then relocated to Ohio in the late 1990’s. The seller purchased it there in 1998 and had it refurbished over the next decade. Equipment includes a Positraction limited-slip differential, removable roof panels, 15″ Rally wheels, four-wheel power-assisted disc brakes, power steering, transistorized ignition, side-exit exhaust pipes, power windows, a period-look aftermarket AM/FM radio, a tilt/telescoping steering column, chrome bumpers, and hideaway headlights. This C3 coupe is now offered with an Ohio title in the seller’s name.

The car was finished in Riverside Gold (980) at the factory, and the body was removed from the frame and refinished in 2006. Features include removable roof panels, hideaway headlights, a driver-side mirror, and a side-exit exhaust system with heat shields.

The 15″ Rally wheels wear stainless steel trim rings and center caps and are mounted with F70-15 Firestone tires. A suspension and brake system overhaul from 2006 is detailed in the photo gallery. The car is equipped with power steering, and braking is handled by power-assisted four-wheel discs.

The seats are trimmed in black vinyl, and the cabin features color-matched upholstery over the door panels and dash. Color-keyed loop carpeting lines the floors, and additional features include a heater, an analog clock, a period-look aftermarket AM/FM radio, power windows, and shoulder belts. The air conditioning does not work.

The three-spoke steering wheel is mounted on a tilting and telescopic column and frames a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 5,600-rpm redline, while auxiliary gauges for fuel level, battery charge, oil pressure, and coolant temperature are mounted in the center stack. The five-digit odometer shows 88k miles. Total mileage is unknown.

The 427ci L68 V8 was factory-equipped with three two-barrel Holley carburetors and was rated at 400 horsepower when new. It has transistorized ignition, and received a Comp Cams hydraulic roller camshaft during a rebuild in 2007, which is detailed in the gallery below. The oil was changed in June 2026.

The engine stamping is shown above. The LQ suffix corresponds with a 400-horsepower, 427ci V8 for use with a manual transmission.

The four-speed manual transmission and Positraction limited-slip differential were rebuilt in 2006, and the drive and half-shafts were replaced. The frame received a gusset repair on the left side and a rust repair on the right side before it was refinished.
The Ohio title is noted as a replacement.
